Nainital Bank SO Recruitment 2026: The Nainital Bank Limited has officially released the notification for recruitment of Specialist Officers in Grade/Scale-I, II & III. The Bank invites online applications for a total of 41 vacancies across 14 specialist posts on a regular basis. Online applications can be submitted from 15.08.2026 to 07.09.2026.

Indemnity Bond
On selection, candidates must execute an Indemnity Bond with two sureties before joining, for serving the Bank for a specified period. If a candidate resigns or leaves service before completing this period, they must indemnify the Bank for bond costs and expenses.
Negative Marking: 0.25 marks deducted for each wrong answer.
Each question carries 5 answer options.

Selection Process
Candidates will undergo an Online Written Test followed by a Personal Interview.
Successful candidates in the written test will be called for interview.
Final selection will be based on performance in both the written test and interview, subject to the candidate being medically fit.
Appointment letters will be issued for joining as Specialist Cadre.

Register using “Click here for New Registration,” entering Name, Contact Details, and Email ID. Note down the Provisional Registration Number and Password generated.
Fill in the application form using the “SAVE AND NEXT” facility, and verify all details carefully.
Upload scanned Photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm), Signature (black ink), Left Thumb Impression, and a hand-written declaration (in English) as per the prescribed specifications.
Preview the complete application before clicking “COMPLETE REGISTRATION” — no changes are allowed thereafter.
Proceed to the “Payment” tab and complete the fee payment online.
Click “Submit” and retain a printout of the system-generated application form and e-Receipt.

Identity Verification
Candidates must carry the call letter along with original and photocopy of a currently valid photo ID (PAN Card/Passport/Driving Licence/Voter’s Card/Bank Passbook with photo/Aadhaar Card, etc.) bearing the exact same name as on the call letter. Ration Card and Learner’s Driving Licence are NOT valid ID proof. Any name mismatch (including due to marriage) will require original Gazette notification/marriage certificate/affidavit for verification.
Facilities for Persons with Disabilities
Scribe Facility: Visually impaired candidates and those with permanently affected writing speed may arrange their own scribe at their own cost, with 20 minutes compensatory time per hour of examination.
Locomotor Disability/Cerebral Palsy: 20 minutes compensatory time per hour where the dominant writing extremity is affected (minimum 40% impairment).
Visually Impaired Candidates: May opt for magnified font test content, with 20 minutes compensatory time per hour.
Candidates with less than 40% disability but with writing difficulty must submit a certificate from a competent medical authority (Appendix-I format) and an undertaking (Appendix-II format).
