Educational Qualification
Superintendent: First Class Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, or Master’s Degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks, plus knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets.
Technical Assistant (department-wise):
- Applied Geology: First Class B.Sc with Geology as a subject, or M.Sc in Geology/Applied Geology with 50% marks.
- Architecture & Planning: First Class B.E./B.Tech in Architecture & Interior Decoration, Civil Engineering (Construction Technology) or Building & Construction Technology.
- Bio Technology: First Class B.E./B.Tech in Biotechnology, or M.Sc Biotechnology with 50% marks.
- Chemical Engineering: First Class B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering.
- Chemistry: M.Sc Chemistry with 50% marks.
- Civil Engineering: First Class B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Computer Science & Engg: First Class B.E./B.Tech (CSE/IT) or MCA, or First Class Diploma in CSE/IT with first class or 60% in Class 10.

Skill Test Details
- Superintendent: 20-minute Word Processing & Spreadsheet Proficiency Test of 40 marks. Qualifying marks: 14 (35%) for UR and 12 (30%) for SC/ST/OBC/PH.
- Senior Assistant: 10-minute typing test (350-word passage, Hindi or English) at 35 wpm. Maximum errors allowed: 7% for UR and 10% for reserved categories. This is followed by the same 20-minute Word & Excel test with the qualifying marks above.
