NHB Selection Process 2026

NHB Salary
Candidates selected through NHB Recruitment 2026 will receive an attractive salary as per IBA pay scales. Assistant General Manager (Scale V) will be placed in the pay scale of ₹1,20,940 – 3360/2 – 1,27,660 – 3680/2 – 1,35,020, and Manager (Scale III) in ₹85,920 – 2680/5 – 99,320 – 2980/2 – 1,05,280.
Regular officers will also get bank accommodation or HRA, medical reimbursement, telephone charges, knowledge allowance, conveyance allowance, housing and vehicle loans, LTC, gratuity, leave encashment and NPS coverage as per rules. The contractual Deputy General Manager (Company Secretary) will receive a consolidated ₹3.50 lakh per month with housing and conveyance as per entitlement. Deputation officers can choose either their parent organisation’s pay plus deputation allowance or NHB’s TEG Scale VII/VI pay.
