Nationality
A candidate must be a Citizen of India, a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, a Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962, with intent to permanently settle, or a person of Indian origin migrated from specified countries with the intention of permanent settlement (subject to a Government of India eligibility certificate).
Age & Qualification
