How to Download IBPS Clerk Prelims Admit Card 2026

You can download the call letter in a few minutes using your registration details.

  1. Visit the official IBPS website, www.ibps.in.
  2. On the homepage, go to the CRP Clerical (CSA) section and click the link for “Call Letter for Online Preliminary Examination – CRP CSA-XVI”. You can also use the direct login page.
  3. Enter your Registration No. or Roll No.
  4. Enter your Password or Date of Birth in DD-MM-YY format.
  5. Type the captcha code shown on the screen and click Login.
  6. Your IBPS Clerk Prelims call letter will appear on the screen.
  7. Check all details carefully, then click Click to Print to download and print it.

Tip: Take at least two clear colour printouts on A4 paper. The same call letter must be kept safely for the Mains exam.

Candidates without these documents will not be allowed to take the exam.

IBPS Clerk Prelims 2026 Exam Day Guidelines

Reach the venue at least 15 minutes before the reporting time on your call letter. Latecomers will not be allowed to take the test.

  • Visit or check the exact location of your exam centre a day in advance.
  • Registration at the venue is done through photo capture. Do not change your appearance from your uploaded or live photo.
  • Your signature must match the uploaded signature. Signatures in CAPITAL LETTERS are not accepted.
  • Sign the call letter only in front of the invigilator.
  • Log in with the User ID and Password printed on your call letter and verify your details on screen.
  • Write your Roll Number, Registration Number, Name and exam date on every rough sheet you use.
  • You cannot leave the hall until the test is over or the test administrator allows it.
  • The call letter will not be collected after Prelims. It will be stamped by exam officials. Keep it, along with the stamped ID copy, for the Mains exam.
  • Appear only once. Multiple appearances will cancel your candidature.
  • Requests to change the centre, venue, date or session will not be entertained.

Items Not Allowed Inside the Exam Centre

  • Stationery such as printed or written material, bits of paper, geometry or pencil box, plastic pouch, calculator, scale, writing pad, pen drive, log table, electronic pen or scanner
  • Communication devices such as mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, earphones, microphones, pagers and health bands
  • Goggles, handbags, hair-pins, hair-bands, belts and caps
  • Any watch, camera or device with screen-freeze or storage features
  • Any metallic item
  • Eatables (opened or packed) and water bottles

Ornaments such as rings, earrings, nose-pins, chains, pendants and badges will be thoroughly checked. There is no safekeeping arrangement at the centre, so leave banned items at home.

Unfair Means

IBPS analyses candidate responses and logs to detect similar answer patterns, impersonation and multiple registrations. Any malpractice can lead to cancellation and debarment from CRP exams. Guidelines for PwBD Candidates and Scribes

PwBD candidates using a scribe must fill the online scribe declaration form and bring its printout on exam day.

  • The scribe declaration link is sent to the registered email ID and is also on www.ibps.in.
  • The scribe’s 10th, 12th or degree certificate must be uploaded in the form. The scribe must bring the original on exam day.
  • PwBD/PwSD candidates must carry their UDID card or disability certificate.
  • Candidates covered by OM F. No. 29-6/2019-DD-III dated 10.08.2022 need a medical certificate (Appendix I) and a letter of undertaking (Appendix II).
  • The scribe’s qualification should be one step below the candidate’s.
  • The scribe cannot be a CSA-XVI candidate and can assist only one candidate.
  • If the scribe answers or prompts answers, the candidature is cancelled and both may be debarred.
  • Contact the Test Centre Administrator at least 30 minutes before the exam for seating help.
