CEED 2027 Eligibility Criteria
You are eligible for CEED 2027 if you meet any one of these conditions:
- You have completed a graduate degree, diploma or postgraduate degree of at least three years after Class 10+2.
- You are appearing in the final exam of such a programme by July 2027.
- You have passed, or will pass by July 2027, the 5-year Government Diploma in Art (G.D. Art) after Class 10.
There is no age limit for CEED 2027, and there is no limit on the number of attempts.

The CEED 2027 application form can be filled online only; paper forms or posted documents are not accepted.

- Choose three exam cities in order of preference. City changes are not allowed after submission.

Documents Required for CEED 2027 Registration
- Recent colour photograph (.jpg), taken within the last 6 months, as per portal dimensions.

- Final-year students: certificate from the Principal or Head of Department as per Appendix 1 (.pdf).
- EWS / SC / ST / OBC-NCL certificate (.pdf). EWS and OBC-NCL certificates must be issued on or after April 1, 2026.
- PwD candidates: UDID card or medical certificate showing at least 40% disability. Dyslexic candidates also need the Appendix 9 certificate.
- PwD candidates needing a scribe or compensatory time: Appendix 10 certificate (if applicable) and Appendix 11 request letter.
- Name change proof (gazette notification, marriage certificate or passport pages), if your name differs from your degree certificate.
Poor-quality photos or signatures can lead to rejection. Incomplete forms are rejected outright, so check every detail before you submit.
Scribe and Compensatory Time for PwD Candidates
Eligible PwD candidates can get a scribe for Part-A and compensatory time of 20 minutes per hour. The scribe is chosen from a panel arranged by the exam centre; you cannot bring your own. Part-B must be attempted by the candidate without help, as it tests drawing skills.

CEED 2027 Admit Card and Exam Day Guidelines
The CEED 2027 admit card can be downloaded from January 1, 2027; report any errors by January 8, 2027, 5:00 pm.
On exam day, keep these rules in mind:
- Reporting: centres open at 7:00 am. No entry after 9:00 am under any circumstances.
- Carry: a printed admit card and an original photo ID (college ID, passport, driving licence, PAN, Voter ID, Aadhaar or e-Aadhaar).
- Stationery: bring your own pens, pencils, sketch pens, colours and a clean, unmarked drawing board. Water colours and drawing sheets are not allowed.
- Banned items: mobile phones, calculators, any watches, smart glasses and similar gadgets.
- Biometrics: your thumb impression and photo will be captured; they may be checked again at admission.
- Rough work: one scribble pad is given and must be returned at the end.
