The Punjab Remote Sensing Centre (PRSC), PAU Campus, Ludhiana has released the PRSC Recruitment 2026 notification (Advertisement No. 4/2026) inviting applications from Indian Nationals for various regular posts. A total of 6 vacant positions are available across five posts — Clerk, Lab. Attendant (Soil and Water Analysis), Lab. Executive (IT & Electronics Network), Chowkidar cum Mali and Sweeper. Applications must be submitted through registered/speed post, and the last date to apply is 5th October 2026.

Eligible candidates should hold qualifications ranging from Matriculation to Graduation depending on the post, along with proficiency in Punjabi, and the maximum age limit is 37 years. PRSC Recruitment 2026 Application Fee

The application fee is non-refundable and can be paid online or through a Demand Draft in favour of “Director, Punjab Remote Sensing Centre”, payable at Ludhiana.

Punjab Remote Sensing Recruitment 2026 Post-wise Eligibility & Selection Process

1. Clerk

• Graduate with second division or above from a recognized university, with Punjabi up to matric level.
• At least 120 hours’ course with hands-on experience in Personal Computer/IT Office Productivity/Desktop Publishing Applications from a Govt.-recognized or ISO 9001-certified institution, OR “O” Level Certificate (DOEACC).
• Must qualify a Punjabi and English typing test at 30 words per minute (or as specified).
• Selection Process: Punjabi Language Qualifying Test (minimum 50% marks), Written Test and Typing Test in Punjabi and English.

2. Lab. Attendant (Soil and Water Analysis)

• Passed 10+2 with science subjects (Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Environmental Science/Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Bio-Chem Laboratory or related subject), with Punjabi up to matric level.
• Selection Process: Punjabi Language Qualifying Test (minimum 50% marks), Written Test and Skill Test.

3. Lab. Executive (IT & Electronics Network)

• First Class Diploma/BCA/B.Sc. in Information Technology (IT)/Electronics & Communication (EC)/Computer Science (CS)/Computer Science & Engineering (CSE).
• Must have passed Punjabi up to Matric or equivalent (or must pass within one year as per rule).
• Selection Process: Punjabi Language Qualifying Test (minimum 50% marks), Written Test and Skill Test.

4. Chowkidar cum Mali

• Passed Matric with Punjabi from a recognized board, with at least 2 years’ experience in a Government Department/Autonomous Body/reputed organization including higher educational institutions.
• Desirable: Watch & ward training from a recognized organization.
• Job Responsibilities: Mali (gardening) and Security duties.
• Selection Process: Punjabi Language Qualifying Test (minimum 50% marks), Written Test and Physical Test.

5. Sweeper

• Passed Matriculation with Punjabi Language as one of the subjects from a recognized educational institution.
• Selection Process: Punjabi Language Qualifying Test (minimum 50% marks), Written Test and Skill Test.

PRSC Chowkidar cum Mali Physical Test Standards

Candidates applying for the Chowkidar cum Mali post must qualify all events of the Physical Test below; candidates may also be tested for performance-enhancing drugs.
