IBPS Clerk Selection Process 2026
The IBPS Clerk (CRP CSA-XVI) selection process consists of two stages: Online Preliminary Examination and Online Main Examination.
Online Preliminary Examination
An objective-type test comprising three sections — English Language, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning Ability — for a total of 100 marks and 60 minutes’ duration. Candidates must qualify in each of the three sections by securing cut-off marks decided by IBPS.
Online Main Examination
An objective-type test comprising four sections — General/Financial Awareness, General English, Reasoning Ability, and Quantitative Aptitude — for a total of 200 marks and 125 minutes’ duration. Marks obtained in the Main Examination only will be considered for final merit listing and provisional allotment.
There is no interview in the CRP CSA-XVI selection process. Shortlisted candidates are provisionally allotted to Participating Banks on a merit-cum-preference basis.
