HAL Design Trainee & Management Trainee Selection Process 2026
The HAL DT/MT Recruitment 2026 selection process comprises an Online Computer Based Selection Test on an All-India basis, followed by a Personal Interview at Bengaluru.
- The test will be of two and a half hours’ duration, comprising three parts: Part-I – 20 MCQs on General Awareness; Part-II – 40 MCQs on English & Reasoning; Part-III – 100 MCQs on the concerned discipline. The test can be taken in Hindi or English.
- Candidates will be shortlisted for interview in the ratio of 1:5 to the number of vacancies in each discipline and category, based on merit in the Online Test.
