Eligibility Criteria for MCF Hassan Apprentice Recruitment 2026
The candidates who wish to apply for MCF Hassan Apprentice Recruitment 2026 need to satisfy the eligibility criteria in terms of educational qualification and passing year.
- Graduates or Diploma holders who have passed out during the years 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 and 2026 are only eligible to undergo apprenticeship, provided they join within 5 years of acquiring the degree/diploma (i.e., 5 years from the month and year of passing as specified in the certificate).
- If this 5-year time limit is crossed at the time of offer, candidates will not be offered the training position, even if empanelled/waitlisted.
- Candidates who passed the qualifying examination before 2022 are not eligible.
- Only candidates who passed the qualifying examination as regular candidates are eligible to apply.
- Ex-Apprentices, or apprentices currently undergoing training, or candidates having job experience of one year or more in Government/Public/Private sector as on the date of joining, are not eligible. Combining apprenticeship with other institutions is not permitted.
- Candidates who have passed sandwich courses, obtained a private degree, or short-term/certificate courses, or candidates pursuing higher studies (e.g., B.E./B.Tech for Diploma apprentices, or M.E./M.Tech for Graduate apprentices) are not acceptable.
- Courses must be recognized by a University in India/State Boards.
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
MCF Hassan Apprentice Selection Procedure
All applications received will be screened, and selection panels will be drawn based on the academic scores of candidates at Degree/Diploma level. Induction of apprentices against vacant training positions will be made strictly based on their position/rank in the panel. Only selected candidates will be informed through an offer letter sent by email; no interim correspondence will be entertained.
- Candidates shortlisted/empanelled will be called for document verification, subject to availability of vacant positions.
- Candidates shortlisted for document verification will not be eligible for Travelling Allowance.
- Any discrepancy found in name, age, Diploma/Degree percentage, year of passing, caste/tribe, etc., at any stage will lead to disqualification, with no claim to apprenticeship training.

Enrolment in the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) Portal
Candidates fulfilling the essential qualification criteria must first enrol themselves on the NATS Portal at nats.education.gov.in. While enrolling, candidates are required to upload their Degree/Diploma certificate (as applicable) and a valid government-issued ID. On successful registration, an Enrolment Number will be generated and allotted to the applicant. This NATS Enrolment Number must be quoted while applying to MCF, Hassan; applications from candidates not registered on the NATS portal are likely to be rejected.
