IISER Kolkata Non Teaching Selection Process
- Shortlisting: an Institute-level Scrutiny Committee screens the online applications. If many applications are received, it may use extra criteria based on desirable qualifications and relevant experience.
- Computer Skill Test / Trade Test: shortlisted candidates may be called for this stage. It is qualifying only, and its marks are not carried forward.
- Written Test: candidates who clear Stage 2 take a written test. The final merit list is prepared only on written test marks.
- All call letters and admit cards are sent only by email.
- Candidates already working in Government departments, autonomous bodies, PSUs or government-funded research agencies must apply through proper channel, or produce an NOC and Vigilance Certificate at the skill/written test.
