- Paste one passport-size photo on the application and one on the admit card, and attach a third photo separately.
- Attach self-attested copies of your age proof, Matric certificate and caste / EWS certificate (if applicable).
- Attach a self-addressed envelope of 25 cm × 11 cm with a ₹56 postage stamp.
- Write the advertisement number, post name and category in large, clear letters on the envelope.
- Send it by registered post / speed post or submit it by hand so that it reaches by 20 November 2026 (5:00 PM).
