Pay Scale
- Assistant Superintendent (Group-C): Pay Band of Rs. 5200–20200, Level-4, Cell-1
- Warehouse Assistant (Group-D): Pay Band of Rs. 4930–14680, Level-2, Cell-1

Educational Qualification
Post 01 – Assistant Superintendent
Candidates must hold one of the following qualifications:
Option A: Master of Business Administration (MBA) with specialisation in Personnel Management, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relation Management, Supply Chain Management, Marketing Management, or Finance Management — OR — Bachelor in Business Administration (BBA) from a recognised University/Institution with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent cumulative grade points.
Option B: Bachelor of Science in Agriculture / Botany (Hons.) / Zoology (Hons.) / Chemistry (Hons.) from a recognised University with a minimum of 60% marks.
AND (mandatory for both options)
