NCB Recruitment 2026 – Nature of Work Experience
Candidates must note that only post-qualification experience after completing the minimum essential qualification for which they are applying will be counted as effective experience. In cases where a candidate is pursuing a relevant higher degree, time spent in attaining that degree shall be counted as research experience. Key experience domains required include:

NCB Recruitment 2026 – Selection Process
The selection process varies by post level:
For Level-6 (Office Assistant): Screening → Trade/Skill Test → Competitive Written Examination → Merit List
For Level-10 & Level-11 (Deputy Manager & Manager): Written Examination → Personal Discussion → Merit List
For Level-12 (Group Manager): Personal Discussion → Merit List
The language of examination is Hindi & English. NCB reserves the right to set the syllabus and question papers for various posts (Syllabus available as Annexure IV on the NCB website).
