Bank of Baroda Apprentice Recruitment 2026 – Summary
Candidates can apply for the apprenticeship in one State/UT only. While submitting the application, candidates must select up to three preferred training locations or centres from the list provided for their chosen State/UT. Training seat allotment will be strictly based on merit, applicant's location preferences, and availability of training seats. The Bank reserves the right to allocate candidates to any available location within the applied State/UT where vacancies exist.

Age Limit (As on 01.05.2026)

For candidates registered under NAPS, the maximum age must be less than 34 years as on 01.05.2026. For NATS candidates, the date of passing Graduation should not be more than 4 years before the cut-off date.
Educational Qualification
Candidates must hold a Graduation Degree in any Discipline from a recognized University, or any equivalent qualifications recognized by the Central Government.
Important Conditions
- Candidates should not have undergone Apprenticeship with Bank of Baroda or any other establishment previously.
- Candidates should not be currently pursuing Apprenticeship Training with any other establishment.
- Candidates who had training or job experience for one year or more after completing their educational qualification are not eligible.
- Candidates registered on NAPS and/or NATS portal are eligible to apply.
Bank of Baroda Apprentice Selection Process 2026
The selection process consists of three stages:
Stage 1 – Online Examination

- The online examination will be remotely proctored and can be taken from any location using a smartphone, laptop, desktop, or tablet with an operational front camera and microphone.
- There is NO negative marking for wrong answers.
- Merit list will be drawn State-wise and Category-wise.
Stage 2 – Document Verification
Candidates who qualify the online examination will be called for document verification at a centre within the State/UT they applied for, at their own expense.
Stage 3 – Test of Local Language
Candidates must be proficient in the local language of the State/UT they applied for. Candidates who have studied the specified local language at the 10th or 12th standard level are exempt from this test.
Bank of Baroda Apprentice Stipend & Benefits 2026
Selected apprentices will receive a monthly stipend of ₹15,000/- during the one-year engagement period. The stipend will be paid on completion of each month after adjusting Loss of Pay, if any. Apprentices are not eligible for any other allowances or benefits.
Important: Apprentices will NOT be treated as employees of Bank of Baroda and will have no right to claim regular employment after the completion of training.

Step 1: Register on the Government Apprenticeship Portals:
- NATS Portal: nats.education.gov.in (Navigate to "Student Register/Login")
- NAPS Portal: apprenticeshipindia.gov.in
Step 2: Apply for the Bank of Baroda Apprenticeship opportunity on the respective portal and note down your Enrolment ID (NATS) or Apprentice Registration Code (NAPS).
Step 3: After applying on NAPS/NATS, eligible candidates will receive an email from info@bfsissc.com inviting them to fill the final Application cum Examination Form, providing personal data, location preferences, category, PwBD status, and making fee payment.
Step 4: The registration process is considered complete only after successful payment of fees to BFSI SSC.
