Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess a Regular Full-Time minimum 2-year Diploma or Polytechnic in Agriculture or any sub-field/sub-discipline of Agriculture (or a combination including Agriculture in any field/discipline), excluding Diploma in Horticulture and its sub-fields, from a Government-recognised institute/college.
Minimum Marks Required:
- General / OBC / EWS candidates: 50% aggregate
- SC / ST / PwBD / Departmental candidates: 45% aggregate
Important Notes on Qualification:
- The percentage is calculated as an aggregate of all semesters/years.
- Candidates with CGPA/OGPA must indicate equivalent percentage as per their university's norms and submit the conversion certificate at document verification.
- Only candidates whose final year results have been declared by 30 April 2026 are eligible. Candidates awaiting results are not eligible.
- Higher qualifications (B.Sc. Agriculture, M.Sc., etc.) in the relevant field are also acceptable, provided the candidate possesses the minimum Diploma qualification.
