HPSCB JUNIOR CLERK RECRUITMENT 2026 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
HPSCB JUNIOR CLERK RECRUITMENT 2026 Educational Qualification (Both Quotas): Candidates must hold a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university. Additionally, candidates must have passed their Matriculation and 10+2 from a school/institution situated within Himachal Pradesh — though this condition does not apply to bonafide Himachalis.
Experience Required:
For PACS Quota: A minimum of 3 continuous years of service as a Secretary (as defined under Rule 2(vii) of the HP Cooperative Societies Rules, 1971) in a Primary Agriculture Credit Society.
For OCS Quota: A minimum of 5 continuous years of service in a cooperative society.
Age Limit (As on 01 January 2026): Candidates must be above 18 years and below 45 years of age. In other words, candidates born between 02 January 1981 and 01 January 2008 (both dates inclusive) are eligible.
Age Relaxation: SC/ST: 5 years OBC: 5 years Physically Handicapped: 5 years Ward of Freedom Fighter: 5 years Ex-Servicemen: As per HP Government rules (maximum relaxation up to 12 years)
Age relaxation is applicable only to bonafide Himachali candidates.

EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATE — IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS
This is a critical point that many candidates may overlook. The experience certificate must be:
Issued by the concerned Inspector of Society, AND Countersigned by the Assistant Registrar, Cooperative Societies of H.P.
It must be supported by:
- A copy of the resolution of the managing committee of the concerned society regarding initial appointment.
- Copies of relevant pages of the Statutory Audit Report/Note for at least 3 years (PACS quota) or 5 years (OCS quota), showing payment of salary from the society's accounts along with the employee list.
If experience details mentioned in the application are found to be false during document verification, the candidature will be rejected outright — regardless of marks scored in the examination.
EXAM PATTERN
The online examination will be conducted in a single phase through IBPS, Mumbai.

Candidates up to 1.75 times the number of vacant posts will be shortlisted for document verification.
PAY SCALE
Selected candidates will be appointed on a regular basis with a minimum pay of Rs. 19,900/- per month (Pay Level 2) plus admissible allowances. They will be posted anywhere within the area of operation of HPSCB in Himachal Pradesh.
Probation Period: 2 years, extendable up to a maximum of 3 years.

Step 1: Visit the official website — www.hpscb.bank.in Step 2: Click on "Apply Online" and register with your name, contact details, and email ID. Step 3: Keep scanned copies ready (as per specified dimensions and file sizes):
- Passport-size photograph (200 x 230 pixels, 20–50 KB)
