Eligibility Criteria for Security Screener
Educational Qualification:
Graduation from any recognized Board, University, or Institution is mandatory. Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% marks (General/OBC/EWS) or 55% marks (SC/ST) at the graduation level. Marks must be entered in numeric form (e.g., 60, 70, 80) and not in CGPA or any other format.
Age Limit (as on 01.05.2026):
Maximum age – 27 years
SC/ST candidates – 5 years relaxation (up to 32 years)
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) – 3 years relaxation (up to 30 years)
Ex-Servicemen – 5 years relaxation
Other Requirements:
Ability to read and speak English, Hindi, and/or local language
Unimpaired vision and hearing ability
No color blindness
Good physical strength
Ability to recognize objects highlighted by X-ray equipment.
Salary / Emoluments for Security Screener
Initially, all selected candidates will receive a stipend of Rs. 15,000/- per month during training. Upon successful completion of all certification examinations, the consolidated pay will be as follows:

TA/DA/Lodging and Boarding (on official tour) equivalent to 3-tier AC rail fare

Medical Insurance reimbursement up to Rs. 10,000/- per annum
