Nationality

A candidate must be a Citizen of India, a subject of Nepal or Bhutan, a Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1962 with the intention of permanent settlement, or a person of Indian origin who has migrated from specified countries with the intention of permanently settling in India (subject to an eligibility certificate from the Government of India for the latter categories).

• 25 to 35 years for both positions

Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC is cumulative with only one of the remaining categories (Ex-Servicemen, PwBD, or 1984 riot-affected).

Educational Qualification & Experience

1. Manager-AI/ML Engineer (MMGS-II)

• Mandatory: Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/AI & ML/Data Science (minimum 50% marks) OR MCA/M.Tech/M.E. in the same disciplines (minimum 50% marks), from a Govt.-recognised institution
• Preferred: Certification in AI, Gen AI, NLP, ML
• Experience: Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in development and implementation of AI, Gen AI, NLP, or Content Analysis-based projects
• Key Skills: R, Python, Neural Networks, NLP, Big Data technologies (Kafka, Spark)

2. Manager-Cyber Security (MMGS-II)

• Mandatory: Full-time B.Tech/B.E. in Computer Science/Software Engineering/IT/Electronics & Communication or equivalent (minimum 50% marks) OR MCA/M.Tech/M.Sc in the same disciplines (minimum 50% marks)
• Preferred: Advanced degree in Cyber Security or IT
• Mandatory Certification (at least one): OSCP, OSCE³, OSWE, OSEP, GIAC GPEN/GXPN, CAISP, Offensive AI (SANS), or GenAI and LLM Security (SANS)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification hands-on experience in offensive cyber security — Red Team operations, AI Red Teaming of Generative AI/Frontier AI models, penetration testing, or advanced vulnerability assessment
• Key Skills: Penetration testing frameworks (Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, Burp Suite), exploit development, reverse engineering, adversarial AI, MITRE ATT&CK, scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)

All qualifications must be from a University/Institution recognised by the Government of India, with final results declared on or before 01-08-2026.
