1. Trade Finance Officer – IBG (JMGS-I)

  • Age: Minimum 21 years, Maximum 30 years
  • Essential Qualification (Mandatory): Graduate (any discipline) from a recognised University/Institution, and Certification in Forex Operations from IIBF (dated on or before 31.07.2026)
  • Preferred Certification: CDCS (LIBF) / CSDG (LIBF) / CTFP (ICC Academy) OR GTC (ICC Academy) / CITF (LIBF) / Certificate in International Trade Finance (IIBF)
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year post-qualification experience in Trade Finance processing and operations, mandatorily in an Officer/Official role in a scheduled commercial Bank (preferably as a Maker)

2. Trade Finance Officer – IBG (MMGS-II)

  • Age: Minimum 23 years, Maximum 32 years
  • Essential Qualification (Mandatory): Same as JMGS-I (Graduate + IIBF Forex Certification)
  • Preferred Certification: Same as JMGS-I
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience in Trade Finance processing, mandatorily in an Officer/Official role in a scheduled commercial Bank

Maker Role (JMGS-I)

  • Inputs trade transactions; scans and uploads relevant documents into banking systems

Key Responsibility Areas: Accurate/efficient data entry, achieving productivity norms, maintaining average TAT above 90% of benchmarked limits, monthly transaction volume targets, and completion of internal certifications/training.

Checker Role (MMGS-II)

  • Conducts TI+ checking to validate transaction details
  • Performs document scrutiny to verify accuracy
  • Facilitates screening scrutiny against sanctions and AML policies
  • Validates regulatory compliance; acts as an OFAC releaser

Key Responsibility Areas: Accuracy checking of Maker-entered data, staff performance/productivity governance, minimizing delayed transactions, coordinating rejected/incomplete transaction closures, and Risk/AML/Compliance training.
