Kerala High Court Gardener Recruitment 2026: The High Court of Kerala has officially released the recruitment notification (Recruitment No. 15/2026) inviting applications from qualified Indian citizens for appointment to the post of Gardener. The recruitment drive is being conducted to fill a total of 5 vacancies, and candidates can apply online through the dedicated recruitment portal. Kerala High Court Gardener recruitment offers an opportunity for candidates who have passed SSLC and hold a Diploma in Gardening or a related VHSE qualification to secure a post in the Kerala High Court. Payment of Kerala High Court Gardener posts can be made online via Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or UPI, or offline through a system-generated challan. Fee once paid is non-refundable and cannot be adjusted against any other examination.

Age Limit, Vacancy Details, and Qualification

Age Limit:

• General candidates: born between 02/01/1986 and 01/01/2008
• SC/ST candidates: born between 02/01/1981 and 01/01/2008
• OBC candidates: born between 02/01/1983 and 01/01/2008
• Age concessions of up to 15 years (Low Vision/Deaf & Hard of Hearing) and 10 years (other benchmark disabilities) apply, subject to an overall cap of 50 years. Widows get a 5-year relaxation, also capped at 50 years.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in horticulture or farm work. As per Rule 11(2) of the Kerala High Court Service Rules, 2007, 4% of vacancies are reserved for eligible differently abled candidates in categories such as Low Vision, Deaf and Hard of Hearing, Locomotor Disability, and Autism Spectrum Disorder/Intellectual Disability/Specific Learning Disability/Mental Illness (40–70%).

Kerala High Court Gardener Selection Process

Selection of Kerala High Court Gardener will be made either through Interview alone or through a Written Test followed by Interview, depending on the number of valid applications received:

• Interview only: Maximum 50 marks; minimum qualifying marks is 20.
• Written Test + Interview: Written test carries 100 marks and interview carries 10 marks. The written test consists of 100 objective-type MCQs based on the Diploma in Gardening/VHSE syllabus, to be completed in 75 minutes, with 1/4 mark negative marking for each wrong answer. Minimum qualifying marks in the written test is 40.
• The medium of the written test will be English, and it will be held at Ernakulam if conducted.
