IOB Security Guard Pay Scale
Selected candidates will be placed in the Subordinate Staff cadre pay scale as per the 12th Bipartite Settlement: ₹19,500-665/4-22,160-830/5-26,310-990/4-30,270-1,170/3-33,780-1,345/3-37,815. Basic pay will be fixed based on the last drawn salary during defence service, along with other emoluments as per the Industry-wide Bipartite Settlement and Bank’s policies. Selected candidates will be on probation for six months from the date of joining.

The IOB Security Guard Selection Process will have three stages. The stages of the selection process are as follows.
