1. Project Manager (1 Post)
- Qualification: Ph.D./Postgraduate Degree in Engineering, Management, or a related discipline with relevant project management experience
- Experience: 10+ years managing large-scale infrastructure/government projects, cross-functional leadership, and stakeholder management
- Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end project execution, coordinate field teams, monitor implementation, and ensure timely delivery of outputs and reports
2. Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist (2 Posts — Senior & Junior)

3. Advisors – Various Domains (4 Posts)
- Qualification: Ph.D. or Postgraduate Degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Public Health Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Environmental Planning, or related disciplines
- Experience: 15+ years of strategic leadership, high-level sectoral advisory, and policy/urban infrastructure experience
- Key Responsibilities: Provide high-level strategic and sectoral review, assess institutional capacity and O&M sustainability, and contribute to strategic recommendations for future project implementation
4. Technical Experts (10 Posts — Senior & Junior)
- Qualification: Ph.D. or Postgraduate Degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources Engineering, Public Health Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Environmental Planning, or related disciplines
- Experience: Senior – 8+ years; Junior – 3+ years, in technical design, quality auditing, or execution of urban infrastructure projects
- Key Responsibilities: Conduct technical quality assessments/audits, support physical verification, review technical specifications, and assess long-term O&M sustainability
5. B.Tech Engineers/ITI with Experience (90 Posts)
- Qualification: B.Tech students in the 3rd/4th year, fresh graduates, or ITI-qualified candidates with experience
- Experience: 0–3 years; freshers or active 3rd/4th-year students may apply; basic field/survey experience preferred
- Key Responsibilities: Undertake ground-level physical verification of project sites, collect field data and photographic evidence, support data quality reconciliation, and record initial observations
Desirable Skills
Candidates with any of the following will be preferred:
- Experience working on Government, externally funded, or large-scale infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of water supply, sanitation, environmental management, infrastructure development, or public health engineering
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, GIS, MS Office, project management software, or data analytics tools
- Strong communication, documentation, analytical, and teamwork skills
- Willingness to undertake field visits and project-related travel

IIM Indore Remuneration 2026
Selected candidates will be offered consolidated monthly remuneration commensurate with their qualifications, relevant experience, suitability for the position, and project norms. As per the notification, salary shall not be a constraint for exceptional candidates.
