Airports Authority of India Recruitment 2026 – Selection Process
- Computer Based Test (CBT): Objective type test conducted for all posts; there is no negative marking.
- Application Verification / Subsequent Tests: Conducted for shortlisted candidates based on CBT performance.
- Interview: Applicable for Post Codes 1 to 11 (Manager posts) as part of the selection process.
- Manager (Fire Services) – Additional Tests: Physical Measurement Test, Driving Test, and Physical Endurance Test (Running, Casualty Carrying, Pole Climbing, Rope Climbing, Full Ladder Climbing & Descending), followed by interview for qualified candidates.
- Driving License Requirement: Essential (permanent) for Manager/Junior Executive (Operations) and Manager (Fire Services); temporary or learning licenses are not accepted.
- The final merit list is prepared based on performance in the Computer Based Test and Interview (wherever applicable), subject to fulfilment of eligibility criteria and qualifying tests.
- Selected candidates will be liable to be posted anywhere in India.
