Bihar Senior Resident Recruitment 2026 Vacancy and Quota

BCECE Senior Resident Eligibility

- Minimum qualification: a postgraduate degree in the concerned subject.
- DNB and DNB Super Speciality are accepted, as per the NMC Medical Institutions (Qualification of Faculty) Regulation, 2025.
- If enough PG degree holders are not available, PG Diploma holders will be considered; they get the same 10 marks as PG degree holders but are placed below them in the merit list.
- For non-clinical subjects such as Anatomy and Physiology, a medical M.Sc. with a Ph.D. is mandatory.
- Degrees not recognised by MCI/NMC will not be considered.
- Doctors who have already completed a 3-year SR/Tutor tenure in a subject cannot apply again in that subject.
- PG degree or diploma holders under a 3-year bond who have not been posted as SR/Tutor can apply with a recommendation and departmental NOC; tenure will count toward the bond period.
