Educational Qualification:
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent qualification recognized by the Central Government, as on 30.09.2026. Final year/semester students may also apply provisionally.
Age Limit:
Candidates must be not below 21 years and not above 30 years as on 01.04.2026, meaning they must be born not later than 01.04.2005 and not earlier than 02.04.1996.

SBI PO Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
The selection process for Probationary Officer consists of a three-phase process:
Stage 1: Preliminary Examination – Objective test of 100 marks covering English Language, Quantitative Aptitude and Reasoning Ability, to be completed in 1 hour.
Stage 2: Main Examination – Objective test of 200 marks (Reasoning & Computer Aptitude, Data Analysis & Interpretation, General Awareness/Economy/Banking, English Language) plus a Descriptive Test of 30 marks, with a combined duration of 3 hours 30 minutes.
Stage 3: Psychometric Test, Group Exercise & Interview – Group Exercise (20 marks) and Interview (30 marks), followed by document verification and final merit list preparation.
