Eligibility Criteria for UPSSSC Ganna Parivekshak 2026
Educational Qualification (Mandatory)
Candidates must possess the following qualifications as per the UP Ganna Parivekshak (Group-III) Service Rules, 1979:
- Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture Science from a recognised university established by law in India.
- DOEACC Society CCC Certificate (Computer Proficiency Certificate) issued by DOEACC Society (O-level course).
Candidates must acquire and possess all required qualifications on or before the last date of application, i.e., 28 July 2026.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 21 years (as of 1 July of the recruitment year)
- Maximum Age: 40 years
Age relaxations are applicable for reserved categories as per Uttar Pradesh Government norms:
- SC/ST/OBC candidates of UP: Upper age relaxation as per government rules

Who Can Apply – PET 2025 Mandatory
Only candidates who have appeared in PET-2025 (Preliminary Eligibility Test 2025) and have been issued a score card by the Commission are eligible to apply for the Main Examination. Shortlisting for the written examination will be done based on the normalised score of PET-2025, at 15 times the number of advertised vacancies.
Candidates who scored zero or negative (absolute or normalised) in PET-2025 will NOT be shortlisted for the Main Examination.

Step 1: Visit the official UPSSSC website at upsssc.gov.in.
Step 2: Go to the Homepage → Live Advertisement Segment and click on the relevant advertisement link to download/view the notification.
Step 3: Log in using your PET-2025 Registration Number via OTP sent to your registered mobile number or email ID.
Step 4: After login, your personal details from PET-2025 (name, parents' names, category, EWS, gender, date of birth, marital status, contact details) will be pre-filled automatically.
Step 5: Fill in your educational qualification details (board/university name, passing year, certificate number, roll number, etc.).
Step 6: Upload your photo and signature (same as uploaded during PET-2025 — no changes allowed).
Step 7: Select your preferred post(s) and fill in other required details (permanent address, domicile preference, etc.).
Step 8: Read the Declaration carefully, tick all checkboxes, enter the verification code, and click Save and Submit to proceed to fee payment.
Step 9: Pay the fee via online mode (Credit/Debit Card, Internet Banking, UPI, or SBI e-Challan).
