Balmer Lawrie Executive Trainee Salary 2026
Selected Executive Trainees will be placed in the E1 pay scale of Rs. 40,000–1,40,000/- at a Basic Pay of Rs. 40,000/- during the one-year training cum probation period. The CTC includes Basic Pay, DA (IDA pattern), HRA, Medical benefits (for self, spouse, and two dependent children), Perks & Allowances, Performance Related Pay, and Retiral benefits.
